Book Ends Information Session
Co-sponsored by the Obermann Center for Advanced Studies and the Office of the Vice President for Research, Books Ends—an Obermann/OVPR Book Completion Workshop—supports University of Iowa faculty from disciplines in which publishing a monograph is required for tenure and promotion. The award is designed to assist faculty members turn promising manuscripts into important, field-changing, published books. Read more about the program.
Interested applicants are invited to learn more about the program and application process at a virtual information session on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Obermann Center Director Teresa Mangum will share her vision for the program and answer questions. Also on hand will be a former Book Ends faculty participant.
Applications for 2021 Book Ends workshops are due February 16, 2021, by 5:00 p.m.
