Digital Arts, Virtual Touch and Interdisciplinary Reach: A Hands-On Exploration of Interactive Music Technologies
Christopher Hopkins (Music, Iowa State University) discusses his work in applying design tools for virtual reality to the arts. Topics include virtual touch (haptics), musical outcomes of interdisciplinary composition, and extension of arts-related interaction design to engineering and science.
