This talk explores the possibility of maintaining self-respect and integrity when one is in a position of privilege.

Samantha Vice is Professor in the Philosophy Department at the University of the Witwatersrand (Johannesburg) and also affiliated with the Wits Centre for Ethics. She works in ethics and social philosophy, and her recent work has been exploring the moral experience and situation of the racially privileged.
