Hossain Mohiuddin is a second-year master’s student in the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Iowa. His concentration is in transportation planning. He received his bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He is also working as a graduate research assistant at the University of Iowa Parking and Transportation. Before starting his master’s degree, he served as a lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology for two and a half years. His research focuses on the impacts of automated vehicles on future land use, mobility, and transportation infrastructure on cities.
