In this conversation, faculty of the Department of Spanish and Portuguese—Horacio Castellanos Moya, Mercedes Niño Murcia, and Ariana Ruiz—will discuss the effects of a "language of criminality" on the treatment and perceptions of Central American immigrants and the Latino/a/x population from multiple border standpoints.
