Working Group Event Notification Form

We're glad you're hosting an event!

We ask that the director (or a co-director) of your Working Group complete the form below so that the Obermann Center's director and staff 1) know that your event is happening, 2) ensure that you are using your group's name and Obermann's name/logo correctly (if applicable), and 3) help you publicize the event (if desired).

Please submit this form at least one month prior to your event (i.e., as soon as you begin planning).

Note that Obermann staff will include approved events that are open to the public on our website and in our e-newsletter. We cannot provide graphic design services, but the Checklist above contains resources and suggestions, should you desire to create a poster.
