The 2022 Obermann Humanites 3MT was an in-person event at the Obermann Center on September 29, 2022. 
Winner: Berkley Conner (Communication Studies, CLAS), "Guarding Gender, Race, and Nation: A Rhetorical History of Menstrual Containment."

2021 Contest

The 2021 Obermann Humanities 3MT was a live, virtual event on October 1, 2021. 
Winner: Bethanny Sudibyo (Spanish & Portuguese, CLAS), “Imperial Imaginings: Representations of Religion, Race, and Gender in 19th-Century Spanish Philippine Novels.”

The 2020 Obermann Humanities 3MT was a virtual event in October 2020.
Winner: Emily Wieder (French & Francophone World Studies, CLAS), "Being, Seeming, Resisting: Claude Cahun."

2019 Contest

Date: Friday, September 27, 2019, 4:00-5:30 p.m.
Winner: Christie Vogler (Anthropology, CLAS), "The Women of Gangivecchio: Investigating Gender, Wealth, and Work in the Agricultural Economy of Roman Sicily."  Read about Christie's research.
