7:30 a.m. — OB-GYN Grand Rounds Keynote by Katy B. Kozhimannil, University of Minnesota: "Rural Community-Centered Research: Maternity Care and Why It Matters"
This lecture, co-sponsored by the UI Carver College of Medicine, is designed for a non-clinical audience and will be open to the public. It will take place in the Children's Hospital Conference Center and will also be livestreamed. (In-person attendees are encouraged to park in UIHC Ramp 2.) Kozhimannil is a Distinguished McKnight University Professor and Co-Director of the University of Minnesota Rural Health Research Center and the University of Minnesota Rural Health Program.
